Capital Vacations is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team! This pivotal role will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for Sales, Marketing, and Sales Support positions. Based in Myrtle Beach, SC, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy team in a fast-paced, rewarding industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Ensure a professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on progress to leadership

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in the timeshare industry is a significant plus
  • Relocation flexibility
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
