We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help scale our team and ensure that every candidate has a smooth, thoughtful, and well-run interview process at Kodiak. You’ll be at the center of our hiring engine—keeping interviews on track, creating a welcoming candidate experience, and helping us continuously improve how we evaluate and hire top talent.
Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience and support a well-organized, efficient recruiting process
Own scheduling for 1on1 screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews - often across multiple time zones while balancing speed, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience
Facilitate a smooth onsite/virtual interview experience for candidates, keep interviews running on time, and ensure interviewers are prepared with the right information, tools and materials
Take ownership of the scheduling process within our ATS (Greenhouse) and help refine and document recruiting processes, templates, and workflows as we scale
Prepare interview packets and scorecards, and help drive consistent use of structured interviews and feedback across the team
Support recruiting projects such as pipeline tracking, candidate experience surveys, employer brand efforts, and coordination for hiring events
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse, and strong comfort using Google Workspace
A proven track record of delivering a great candidate experience - clear communication, thoughtful details, and a friendly, professional presence
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment, and stay calm and solutions-oriented when schedules change or conflicts pop up
A willingness to roll up your sleeves, jump in where needed, and partner with the team to improve processes, tools, and workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative working style
A sense of urgency, ownership, and a bias toward action mindset
Nice to have:
experience in a tech or start-up environment is a plus
