Recruiting Coordinator

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for both manufacturing and salaried roles
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to address hiring needs and set priorities
• Maintain and update applicant records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized data
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding activities to support new hires in their transition into the organization
• Monitor and manage applicant flow to meet hiring goals effectively
• Support administrative HR tasks related to recruitment, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process
• Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate information
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment practices

• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
• recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Efficiency and professionalism, paired with outstanding communication abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• Experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to improving recruitment outcomes
