We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about talent acquisition and human resources, particularly in the manufacturing industry. As part of a growing HR team, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This is a long-term contract position offering stability and opportunities for growth.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for both manufacturing and salaried roles
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to address hiring needs and set priorities
Maintain and update applicant records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized data
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding activities to support new hires in their transition into the organization
Monitor and manage applicant flow to meet hiring goals effectively
Support administrative HR tasks related to recruitment, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process
Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate information
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment practices
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Efficiency and professionalism, paired with outstanding communication abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
Experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with a commitment to improving recruitment outcomes
