Our client, a prominent global investment firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing Talent Acquisition team in Stamford, CT. This is an add-to-team role driven by growth and will support a fast‑paced group of recruiters in a highly professional, detail‑oriented environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, required
2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced administrative or coordination role, required
Prior experience supporting recruiting or HR teams, preferred
Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of scheduling, required
Flexible with hours and willing to work a meaningful amount of overtime, required
Experience with Outlook calendar management and Microsoft Office, required
Experience with Concur, Teams, and Workday, preferred
Willingness to commute between Stamford, CT and Greenwich, CT offices as needed, required
