This role provides administrative, recruiting, and project support to the Talent Acquisition team across corporate and operational recruiting functions. The position supports sourcing and selection activities, onboarding processes, and recruiting operations while delivering a high level of customer service to candidates, recruiters, and internal partners.
Job Responsibility:
Collecting, entering, and maintaining applicant and new-hire data
Scheduling interviews, assessments, and pre-employment testing
Processing employment documentation such as I-9s, background checks, license verification, medical clearances, and fingerprinting
Supporting requisition processing, job postings in the applicant tracking system (Taleo), interview guide creation, mass hiring and bid processes, and coordination of training class placement
Communicating offers and rejections
Supporting onboarding transactions
Calculating salary determinations for union or SAM roles
Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state regulations
Serving as a liaison between recruiters, vendors, and hiring teams
Escalating non-routine issues
Maintaining records
Supporting process improvements
Assisting with project work
Performing general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Talent Acquisition knowledge or relevant recruiting/HR experience
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS tools
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Reliable, punctual attendance required
Nice to have:
Experience with Taleo, Workday, or Phenom preferred
