Recruiting coordinator

• Collecting, entering, and maintaining applicant and new-hire data
• Scheduling interviews, assessments, and pre-employment testing
• Processing employment documentation such as I-9s, background checks, license verification, medical clearances, and fingerprinting
• Supporting requisition processing, job postings in the applicant tracking system (Taleo), interview guide creation, mass hiring and bid processes, and coordination of training class placement
• Communicating offers and rejections
• Supporting onboarding transactions
• Calculating salary determinations for union or SAM roles
• Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Serving as a liaison between recruiters, vendors, and hiring teams
• Escalating non-routine issues
• Maintaining records
• Supporting process improvements
• Assisting with project work
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed

• Talent Acquisition knowledge or relevant recruiting/HR experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS tools
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Reliable, punctual attendance required

Experience with Taleo, Workday, or Phenom preferred
