We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support an architecture and engineering firm in New York, New York. This contract position, lasting 1-2 months, involves managing interview scheduling and coordinating communication between hiring teams and candidates. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats are essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibility:
Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently across multiple hiring teams and candidates
Maintain accurate records and workflows within an applicant tracking system
Facilitate clear and concise email communication with candidates and internal teams
Manage calendars to ensure timely scheduling and avoid conflicts
Collaborate with corporate recruiting teams to support hiring goals and strategies
Ensure all recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and procedures
Handle high volumes of interview requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates
Support additional recruitment-related tasks as required by the team
Requirements:
Proven experience in scheduling interviews and managing recruitment processes
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and calendar management abilities
Ability to handle high-volume tasks with attention to detail
Prior experience in corporate recruiting or a related field
Skilled in email communications and correspondence with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
