We are looking for a dynamic and personable Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This is a position where you will play a critical role in managing volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes while maintaining accurate volunteer records. The ideal candidate thrives in engaging with diverse groups and has strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and recruit volunteers by reviewing databases and reaching out to individuals who have expressed interest in contributing to the organization
Schedule and conduct interviews with potential volunteers to assess their skills and alignment with organizational needs
Oversee the onboarding process for new volunteers, including completing necessary paperwork and ensuring compliance
Follow up with volunteers post-onboarding to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting and onboarding processes - ideally 2+ years
Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and database management
Ability to conduct full-cycle recruiting, including scheduling and interviewing
