In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing applicant tracking systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders. Job Responsibility:
Manage applicant tracking systems, including manual data entry and updates into platforms
Maintain and update recruitment trackers to ensure accurate information and timely follow-ups
Perform candidate sourcing and screening to support full-cycle recruiting efforts
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align strategies accordingly
Utilize tools such as Excel to analyze recruitment data and create organized reports
Ensure responsiveness to candidate inquiries and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process
Assist with the implementation of recruitment processes and workflows
Leverage applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Taleo, and BambooHR to track candidate progress and streamline operations
Contribute to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and commitment
Roll up your sleeves to support various administrative tasks related to recruitment
Requirements:
Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting or recruitment coordination
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
Strong skills in data management and manual entry
Advanced knowledge of Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and team members
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
Articulate and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
