Job Responsibility

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR coordination experience, required
Prior experience in a financial or professional services organization, preferred
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across teams, candidates, and external partners
Professional maturity, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Comfortable learning new systems and tools
experience with ATS platforms
Must be comfortable working in a highly in-office environment (initially 5 days/week, with some flexibility over time)
