Job Responsibility
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and hiring teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Manage interview logistics, including onsite and virtual interviews
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience
Maintain candidate records and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System
Support offer coordination and onboarding activities
Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and talent acquisition initiatives
Help drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through hire
Support recruiting operations and process improvements as the company continues to scale
Requirements
1-4 years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or related experience
Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
Experience working within an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Professional, customer-service-oriented approach when interacting with candidates and stakeholders
Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or high-growth organizations is a plus
Nice to have
Greenhouse experience is a plus
