The Recruiting Coordinator is a salaried, full-time role that provides critical operational and candidate support to DLP Capital’s Talent Acquisition team. This role is essential to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while enabling recruiters and hiring leaders to operate with focus, speed, and excellence. This individual supports interview scheduling, travel coordination, job postings, reporting, and candidate communications, while also conducting initial screening for site-level roles within property management and outdoor hospitality. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams
Manage candidate travel logistics, including flights, lodging, and itineraries, with a high level of accuracy and stewardship
Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition Leader, including calendar management, documentation, and offer process coordination
Post, maintain, and audit job openings across DLP’s applicant tracking system and external job boards
Support candidate launches and interview days by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring readiness
Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and trackers to support disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for candidates, representing DLP Capital’s mission and values throughout the hiring process
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting workflows, systems, and candidate experience
Conduct initial screening calls for site-level roles in property management and outdoor hospitality, assessing baseline qualifications, availability, cultural alignment, and interest in DLP’s mission
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation in CRM
Support the recruiting team with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on communication and professionalism
Administrative experience required, including scheduling and coordinating multiple calendars
Property management experience preferred, especially in residential or resort environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting System preferred
