We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Bronx, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in human resources and a passion for creating seamless HR processes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues effectively
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization
Administer benefit programs, including enrollment, updates, and employee communications
Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate and timely data management
Provide administrative support for various human resource functions, including compliance and record-keeping
Collaborate with other HR team members to implement company policies and procedures
Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers
Monitor and ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies
Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Assist with special projects and initiatives within the HR department
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Strong knowledge of human resources administration and best practices
Familiarity with onboarding processes and tools
Expertise in managing benefit programs and related communications
Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
