We are currently seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator at a professional services co. in Watertown, MA, 02472. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a talent acquisition environment. This is a temporary role (est. 6 months with the possibility of extension) and will pay between $27.00-$31.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 3 days per week. Starts June 15, 2026.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams
Conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and make recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers
Work with Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting efforts and initiatives
Process invoices and Purchase Orders as needed for various expenses such as candidate travel, agency fees, training programs, and other costs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 1 year of human resources experience, preferably in a talent acquisition environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow
