We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing hiring team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between recruiters, candidates, and the broader hiring team—ensuring a seamless and organized interview process from start to finish.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the point of contact for all recruiting and onsite interview scheduling and logistics
Coordinate closely with recruiters and the hiring team to support the recruitment and interview process
Manage interview scheduling (virtual and onsite), candidate communications, and coordination of interviewers
Assist the hiring team in preparing interview questions and materials
Guide candidates through each step of the interview process, providing timely updates and information
Accurately track data, monitor candidate progress through the pipeline, and ensure the ATS (currently JobScore, transitioning to Greenhouse) is up to date
Support overall recruiting operations and maintain documentation, but will not own direct candidate sourcing or recruiting
Utilize Google Suite for documentation and communication
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or related HR support roles
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (JobScore and/or Greenhouse preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
Proven ability to manage and reprioritize tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Suite
experience with ADP, WorkforceNow, and LinkedIn is a plus
Must be comfortable working 100% onsite
