We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our client’s team in the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless candidate experience. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering closely with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, conducting initial candidate outreach, and ensuring a high level of professionalism throughout the hiring process.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with company culture
Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting strategies and hiring needs across hospitality functions (front desk, operations, food & beverage, etc.)
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Manage job postings across various platforms and assist with sourcing efforts as needed
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist with onboarding coordination, including offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation
Support recruitment events, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives
Uphold a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions
Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles (hospitality experience highly preferred)
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
