We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring activities and day-to-day office administration for a team in Houston, Texas, 77018. This is a Contract position will help keep recruiting processes on track while ensuring visitors, supplies, and administrative needs are handled efficiently. This role is 100% On-site, M-F, 9am - 5pm.
Job Responsibility
Oversee online job advertisements and keep candidate pipelines organized using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and related recruiting systems
Monitor applicant activity, update hiring records accurately, and follow up with candidates and stakeholders in a timely manner
Conduct preliminary candidate outreach and screenings to assess alignment before advancing individuals through the hiring process
Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Deliver a thoughtful and welcoming experience for candidates throughout each stage of recruitment
Support reception-related duties by welcoming guests, handling incoming deliveries, and helping maintain an orderly front office
Manage office supply inventory, place orders as needed and assist with general administrative tasks that support daily operations
Requirements
Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or similar talent sourcing platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities at once
Clear written and verbal communication skills for candidate interaction and internal coordination
Ability to balance recruiting support with administrative and front desk responsibilities
Attention to detail and follow-through in scheduling, documentation, and task completion
Experience supporting interview coordination, applicant tracking, or full-cycle recruiting processes
