Play a key role in keeping a fast‑moving, high‑volume tech recruiting pipeline running seamlessly fueling momentum, supporting rapid growth, and ensuring every candidate has a diverse skillset to help the company succeed.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring panel availability, seamless logistics, and a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support the final stages of the hiring process by preparing offer letters, coordinating pre‑employment requirements, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, or HR support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and candidate communication
