We are looking for a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
Source candidates with relevant experience through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews to assess candidates' background and suitability for the role
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain calendars for hiring managers and candidates
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to track applicant progress and manage recruitment data
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment insights
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure goals are being met
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational skills, especially in calendar management and scheduling
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to conduct phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications effectively
Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and tools
Administrative experience in a recruitment or HR role
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
