Recruiting Coordinator

• Coordinate recruitment efforts for hourly warehouse and transportation positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process
• Assist with onboarding procedures by monitoring background checks and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Organize and facilitate orientation sessions to help employees transition seamlessly
• Process all necessary paperwork for new team members, including direct deposit forms and compliance training documentation
• Manage first-day logistics for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and information needed
• Track and manage time and attendance records to support operational efficiency
• Handle 3–5 active requisitions weekly while maintaining a structured and organized approach
• Utilize systems such as MyTime and tools like Excel and Word to streamline processes
• Collaborate closely with team members and take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement

• Proven experience in scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems
• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for hourly roles
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, including paperwork and compliance training
• Ability to work with systems like MyTime and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and orientation sessions

Knowledge of driver recruiting and industry regulations is a plus
