Job Responsibility

Low latency interview scheduling, zero lost time, zero no-shows
Partner with recruiters + managers: seamless from ping to offer
Spot ops gaps, build tools/fixes—cut cycle time
Train + mentor coordinators
own the playbook & build the process
Keep ATS spotless: data, reports, audits
Handle chaos: last-min swaps, conflicts, curveballs
Be the candidate whisperer—clear, pro, always on

Requirements

First experience in the recruitment area in an administrative or coordinating role (not as a recruiter)
At least a bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

Job Responsibility

Coordinate a significant number of recruitment processes (maintain the database, schedule interviews, submit job offers, prepare and post job ads)
Be the first point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Support other HR processes connected to the employee life cycle

Requirements

1–3 years of recruitment or coordination experience (construction or high-volume environments a big plus!)
