We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced and growing team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting the operational backbone of the recruiting function. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the interview process
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy and integrity of candidate data
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline scheduling and improve recruiting workflows
Track and report on recruiting metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making
Assist with documentation of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
Support logistics for recruiting events, including campus recruiting and networking initiatives
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support offer processes and onboarding coordination
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative/operations support
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Excel or similar platforms
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
