Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team in a contract, part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
Conduct candidate phone screens and initial interviews
Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to recruiters
Coordinate candidate movement throughout the hiring process
Schedule interviews and assist with logistics as needed
Provide day-to-day support to recruiters across multiple requisitions
Screen and interview candidates before presenting them to recruiters for further consideration
Partner closely with the recruiting team
Provide scheduling support and coordination as needed
Requirements
1-3+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting experience
Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and communicate recommendations
Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
