We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in SEATAC, Washington. This contract position focuses on supporting recruitment efforts for seasonal team members, including maintenance workers, lifeguards, and recreational staff. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various aspects of the recruitment process efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across multiple roles
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and streamline recruitment workflows
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including posting job openings and reviewing applications
Draft and distribute offer letters to selected candidates
Organize and assist with new employee orientations to ensure smooth onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff to identify staffing needs and timelines
Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring ethical hiring practices
Provide responsive support to both managers and employees, addressing recruitment-related inquiries
Requirements:
Proficiency in job posting platforms and recruitment marketing strategies
Proven experience in scheduling interviews and managing recruitment logistics
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and software tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to draft thorough offer letters and recruitment-related documents
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
