An established company in central OKC is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding process. This is a fully onsite role suitable for candidates with prior recruiting or HR administrative experience. The assignment will last at least 2 weeks, with potential for extension or hire for strong performers. A background check is required.
Job Responsibility:
Prescreen candidates to assess qualifications and match for open positions
Manage interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Support benefits enrollment, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely
Provide high-level administrative support to the recruiting/HR team as needed
Requirements:
Experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role, ideally with prescreening and onboarding exposure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work onsite in central OKC for the duration of the assignment
Willingness to complete a background check prior to employment
