Job Description

Dandy is seeking a Leadership Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and rapidly growing venture-backed team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our executive hiring, supporting senior-level initiatives and owning the coordination engine for our most critical searches. You will partner closely with our Recruiters and Talent Operations team to deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience. This is a role for a detail-obsessed professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building world-class processes from the ground up.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute Leadership Interviews: Own the end-to-end coordination of virtual and in-person interviews for leadership roles
  • Streamline Operations: Oversee scheduling and recruiting logistics
  • Partner Across Teams: Act as a strategic partner to Recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Tech Stack: Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our Ashby ATS
  • Logistics & Travel: Arrange candidate travel and manage all associated agendas and expenses
  • Drive Strategic Projects: Lead or support initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and scaling our global recruiting operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role—specifically with experience supporting leadership or executive-level hiring
