We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (6 month contract with potential for FTE) to support executive and senior leadership hiring across North America. This role is critical to delivering a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enabling executive recruiters and senior stakeholders to operate efficiently.You will serve as the operational backbone of our leadership hiring efforts — managing complex scheduling, coordinating multi-time zone interviews, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Adyen’s formula. This is not a high-volume coordination role. It requires precision, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and strong ownership.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a best-in-class, high-touch experience for leadership candidates and senior stakeholders
Coordinate complex, multi-time zone interview schedules with global executives — including in-person and virtual interviews, search kickoffs, and debrief sessions
Act as a trusted partner to executive recruiters, anticipating scheduling challenges and mitigating risks before they impact candidates
Drive improvements to candidate experience and recruiting operations to support Adyen’s continued growth
Coordinate occasional candidate travel and host candidates for office visits
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a scheduling role, preferably in a recruiting or talent acquisition environment
Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
Excellent communication skills, especially a knack for writing friendly, informative emails that build rapport and convey information clearly
Proactive and resourceful in ambiguous situations — able to quickly identify issues and generate solutions
High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with consistent follow-through
