We are seeking a Recruiting Business Partner focused on closing and offer management. This role is central to driving candidate conversions for a high-volume data center environment. The main responsibility is managing the complete offer process, from preparing candidates for final interviews to executing personalized closing strategies.
Job Responsibility
Manage the offer and closing process for candidates, with this task comprising approximately 90% of the role's focus
assume ownership of candidates upon reaching the final interview stage, guiding them through preparation, offer, and closing
prepare and extend offer packages, manage negotiations, and assemble offer letters
facilitate debrief discussions with hiring teams to ensure consistent evaluation
support internal conversions of staff to full-time employee status
assist with the logistics, coordination, and planning of hiring events for data centers
track metrics to improve offer acceptance rates and maintain a positive candidate experience
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience with a primary focus on closing candidates and managing the offer process
experience should include offer negotiation for various compensation components, including stock or RSUs
strong communication and negotiation skills
ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers
Nice to have
Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting environment or supporting data center staffing
prior experience with this organization's hiring processes is valued
