The Associate will play a critical role in research, search execution, and candidate engagement while working closely with Senior Consultants and Managing Directors in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, required
2+ years of experience in executive search, recruiting, or financial services, required
Prior experience with wealth management, asset management, or professional services recruiting, required
Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities
