Our client, an executive search firm, is seeking a recruiting associate to join their team. This role will play a key role in supporting high-profile searches while gaining hands-on exposure to senior executive recruiting in a highly collaborative, professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, required
2+ years of post-graduate experience in executive search, recruiting, communications, or another fast-paced professional services environment (search experience preferred but not required)
Strong research, sourcing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities
