The Recruiting Assistant II provides administrative and operational support to the HR and Recruiting teams. This role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with recruiting-related tasks. The Recruiting Assistant works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to provide a positive experience for candidates and employees.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, status updates, and other inquiries
Maintain and update applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist in creating reports and maintaining recruiting dashboards
Support HR and recruiting teams with administrative tasks and special projects
Help organize recruiting events, career fairs
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma required
additional education is a plus
Experience: 1-3 years of receptionist or office administrative experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to follow written and oral instructions from supervisors
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
