Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required, ideally within financial services, professional services, or other fast-paced corporate environments
Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of positions strongly preferred
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Professional, polished, and team-oriented communication style required
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
Comfortable handling candidate coordination, interview scheduling, recruiting operations, and administrative support as needed
Must be comfortable working onsite in NYC Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays
