Our client, a leading renewable energy investment firm, is seeking a Recruiting Analyst/Associate to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in New York City. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required, ideally within financial services, professional services, or other fast-paced corporate environments
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of positions strongly preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Professional, polished, and team-oriented communication style required
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Comfortable handling candidate coordination, interview scheduling, recruiting operations, and administrative support as needed
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in NYC Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays
