This contract position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with LinkedIn tools and administrative tasks. The role involves supporting recruiting efforts and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Research and identify potential job opportunities on LinkedIn, creating targeted lists of companies and roles
Maintain and manage general office supplies, ensuring printers are stocked and workspaces are tidy
Assist with basic kitchen upkeep, such as loading the dishwasher and ensuring cleanliness
Post job advertisements and updates on LinkedIn, ensuring compliance with platform standards
Handle inbound calls and provide attentive and timely responses to inquiries
Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Support receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective interpersonal communication
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter tools to enhance recruitment strategies and outreach
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functionality
Requirements:
Proficiency in LinkedIn tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Ads
Strong interpersonal communication skills and an outgoing personality
Previous experience in administrative office tasks, such as data entry and receptionist duties
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Sound judgment and adaptability to various tasks and challenges
Experience with office administration and maintaining workspace organization
Comfortable answering inbound calls and delivering clear and detail-oriented communication
