We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Administrator Assistant to join our team fully onsite, on a contract basis in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and familiarity with LinkedIn tools and features. The position combines administrative responsibilities with tasks that support recruitment efforts, making it an excellent opportunity to contribute to both daily operations and team success.
Job Responsibility:
Identify potential job openings on LinkedIn and compile targeted lists of companies and roles
Utilize LinkedIn tools to post job opportunities and manage recruitment activities
Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including stocking supplies, tidying common areas, and managing the dishwasher
Answer inbound calls and provide assistance or redirect inquiries as needed
Perform accurate data entry tasks to support recruitment and administrative processes
Assist with receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for visitors
Support office administration by managing day-to-day operational tasks efficiently
Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment efforts and enhance communication
Demonstrate interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
Proficient in using LinkedIn tools and features for recruitment purposes
Strong interpersonal communication skills with an outgoing and approachable personality
Ability to handle administrative tasks, including receptionist duties and office organization
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Skilled at answering inbound calls and providing attentive assistance
Familiarity with office administration practices and procedures
Common sense approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role is preferred
