We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent for driver positions. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for driver roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Create, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, company career pages, and social media
  • Actively source candidates with relevant experience through databases, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' background, availability, and interest before advancing them in the hiring process
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure they remain engaged throughout the hiring journey
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and establish hiring timelines
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline progress, and offer acceptance rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, ideally in a high-volume hiring environment
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing through various methods, including databases and networking
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and organized records
  • Experience recruiting for driver or similar positions is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain focused under pressure
