Job Responsibility

  • Assists in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment support for all open positions including pre-screening applicants and updating, maintaining, and managing candidate data in applicant tracking system
  • Determines applicant suitability by reviewing resumes, personality profiles, and overall qualifications relating to applied jobs
  • Conducts phone interviews and coordinate and schedules on-site interviews
  • Tracks status of candidates in HRIS, keeps candidates up to date regarding next steps, and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process
  • Handles confidential and/or sensitive information with discretion
  • In charge of high volume recruiting, over 40 interviews a week

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring
  • Strong background in corporate and high-volume recruitment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare OR manufacturing
  • Good communication skills
