As a Recruiter within Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Americas, you will drive end-to-end hiring execution in support of Microsoft’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders across Judson Althoff’s organization—including sales, customer success, technical sales, and/or marketing—to deliver high-impact hiring outcomes for Microsoft’s Commercial Business. Successful candidates demonstrate curiosity for technology, a growth mindset toward continuous learning, practical experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), and a consistent ability to deliver results.
