We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality hires in a timely manner.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and departments
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Nice to have
Experience recruiting for technical or infrastructure roles
Familiarity with data center environments, including roles such as technicians, engineers, or operations staff
Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting environments
