We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent identification through offer coordination, while helping teams attract qualified candidates in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing ability, corporate recruiting experience, and confidence working within applicant tracking systems.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, job postings, and other strategic sourcing methods
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, align on candidate profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions
Manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience
Use the applicant tracking system to document activity, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate recruiting records
Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit for corporate roles across the organization
Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and internal stakeholders to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
Support recruiting-related process updates or workflow changes when needed as part of ongoing operational improvements
Requirements:
At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
Demonstrated success managing full cycle recruiting across multiple openings simultaneously
Strong background in candidate sourcing, including proactive outreach and pipeline development
Experience supporting high-volume hiring with the ability to prioritize effectively under deadlines
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions and candidate records
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and present well-matched talent for consideration
