We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Wakefield, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting recruitment efforts across various departments, including operations, corporate functions, and work acquisition. The contract position will last approximately three months and requires in-person collaboration during the initial training phase.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage top talent
Oversee applicant tracking system operations to ensure efficient candidate management and reporting
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
Provide cross-training and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless handoff of responsibilities
Focus on sourcing strategies for work acquisition roles and corporate functions
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
Partner with team members to support recruitment needs during periods of high demand
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the hiring process
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
Proficiency in sourcing strategies and using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems
