Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage top talent
• Oversee applicant tracking system operations to ensure efficient candidate management and reporting
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
• Provide cross-training and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless handoff of responsibilities
• Focus on sourcing strategies for work acquisition roles and corporate functions
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
• Partner with team members to support recruitment needs during periods of high demand
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the hiring process

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Proficiency in sourcing strategies and using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of corporate functions such as finance, HR, and IT is a plus
• Availability to work in-person during training and onboarding phases
