The IT company Andersen invites a Recruiter (DACH market) to join the team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 18 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Job Responsibility

  • Working with current job openings, searching for and selecting candidates for various IT specialist positions
  • Analyzing requirements for searches, creating candidate profiles and search maps
  • Working in various labor markets and finding the most effective sources for attracting candidates
  • Organizing and conducting in-person/online meetings and interviews
  • Conducting qualitative analysis of candidates' soft and hard skills
  • Maintaining communication with hiring managers and collaborating during the recruitment process
  • Supporting and developing a professional network of contacts
  • Working with internal recruitment CRM

Requirements

  • Experience in personnel recruitment: 6+ months
  • Experience in the German market
  • Knowledge of various interview methodologies and recruitment tools
  • Ability to organize work effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Interest in IT recruitment and willingness to develop in this field
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • German language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher
  • English language proficiency: Intermediate+ level or higher
