Job Responsibility:
Working with current job openings, searching for and selecting candidates for various IT specialist positions
Analyzing requirements for searches, creating candidate profiles and search maps
Working in various labor markets and finding the most effective sources for attracting candidates
Organizing and conducting in-person/online meetings and interviews
Conducting qualitative analysis of candidates' soft and hard skills
Maintaining communication with hiring managers and collaborating during the recruitment process
Supporting and developing a professional network of contacts
Working with internal recruitment CRM
Requirements:
Experience in personnel recruitment: 6+ months
Experience in the German market
Knowledge of various interview methodologies and recruitment tools
Ability to organize work effectively and prioritize tasks
Interest in IT recruitment and willingness to develop in this field
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
German language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher
English language proficiency: Intermediate+ level or higher
