We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role requires a motivated individual with strong sourcing abilities and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment cycle while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various industries
Communicate effectively with senior leadership, including the C-suite, to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
Foster positive relationships with candidates while ensuring a seamless and detail-oriented experience throughout the hiring process
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems
Utilize applicant tracking systems like Workday, Payscale, and Paycom to streamline recruitment workflows
Collaborate with internal teams to address hiring needs in high-growth environments such as financial services, healthcare, or fintech
Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and industry standards
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and onboarding
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with senior leadership
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, UKG Ready, Payscale, or Paycom
Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while fostering positive internal relationships
Experience in high-volume recruitment and corporate hiring environments
Familiarity with industries such as financial services, healthcare, fintech, or other high-growth sectors
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively
Commitment to maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and standards
