We are looking for recruiters of all levels to help scale our company across Software Engineering, AI, & High Volume. In this role, you’ll run full-cycle recruitment and partner directly with functional leaders to find and attract exceptional talent.
Job Responsibility:
Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and functions
Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
Draft and refine clear, compelling job descriptions
Proactively source candidates through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and events
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
Coordinate and improve interview processes, tools, and feedback loops for consistency and efficiency
Collaborate with People Operations and HR to support and scale recruiting programs and systems
Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives across relevant channels
Requirements:
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive talent markets
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills across technical and non-technical roles
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
Strategic and creative thinker who continuously evaluates and improves recruiting approaches
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting in technology, hardware, robotics, or related industries is a plus
Exposure to employer branding, talent marketing, or community engagement is preferred
