Job Responsibility:
Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of functions (e.g. Software, Hardware, Operations, Leadership)
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Hadrian’s culture and values
Lead efficient and scalable interview processes, balancing speed with quality
Leverage data to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform decisions
Contribute to strategic initiatives including employer branding, talent market mapping, DEI efforts, and recruiting operations
Act as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders across the company, influencing hiring decisions with clarity and insight
Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions or domains
Energized by variety and thrives in environments where no two roles are the same
Strong communicator who can build trust with hiring managers and candidates
Data-literate, process-oriented, and relentless about improving the craft of recruiting
Approaches recruiting with curiosity, resilience, and a bias for action
Cares deeply about candidate experience and team dynamics
