As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our talent across a broad range of disciplines. Job Responsibility

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of functions (e.g. Software, Hardware, Operations, Leadership)
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Hadrian’s culture and values
  • Lead efficient and scalable interview processes, balancing speed with quality
  • Leverage data to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform decisions
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives including employer branding, talent market mapping, DEI efforts, and recruiting operations
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders across the company, influencing hiring decisions with clarity and insight

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions or domains
