Beacon Hill Associates is hiring for a Corporate Recruiter supporting a professional services environment in Atlanta. This hybrid contract opportunity is ideal for a polished, analytical recruiting professional with experience managing full-cycle recruiting within consulting, staffing, or corporate environments.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage
Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted outreach
Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for hiring managers
Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through the interview process
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruiting strategy
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
Support recruiting operations, candidate tracking, and reporting within a highly manual process environment
Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and recruiting team members across multiple offices
Assist with occasional campus recruiting initiatives as business needs shift
Requirements
5-8+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience required
Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, staffing, Big 4, or corporate environments highly preferred
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing and headhunting experience required
Full-cycle recruiting experience required
Bachelor's degree required
Professional, polished communication style with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Analytical, strategic, and proactive mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven job stability and longevity preferred
Comfortable working with manual recruiting workflows and applicant tracking systems
