We are in search of an Agent Recruiter who will play a key role in supporting high-volume hiring needs by identifying, engaging, and guiding qualified candidates through the recruitment process. This role partners closely with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Identify qualified candidates using the applicant tracking system, job boards, and professional associations
Collaborate with staffing agencies and hiring managers to fill sales positions and support project-driven hiring needs
Review and screen candidate application materials, including cover letters, resumes, applications, recommendation letters, and work samples
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess whether candidates meet required skills and qualifications
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the creation of job requisitions
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
Complete pre-employment coordination tasks such as scheduling interviews and travel, initiating background checks, arranging assessments, preparing new hire documentation, and assisting with orientation logistics
Requirements:
At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
Minimum of 1 year of Workday experience
Nice to have:
Agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred
Experience using multiple applicant tracking systems and various job boards
