We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Troy, Michigan, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves building strong relationships with university partners, sourcing top talent, and implementing effective campus recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with focus universities to support recruitment efforts
  • Coordinate academic engagements aligned with the organization's planned calendar for U.S. colleges
  • Actively source candidates through colleges, universities, job boards, social media, and networks that demonstrate attention to detail to meet hiring and internship demands
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant experience for open roles
  • Design and execute efficient campus recruiting strategies that align with industry standards and organizational goals
  • Build and nurture a network of prospective candidates through ongoing relationship management and market research
  • Facilitate engagement with students post-offer and during their first year to ensure a positive experience and retention
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, students, and career services to promote the organization’s values and opportunities
  • Stay updated on campus recruitment trends and best practices to refine recruitment methods
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented approach

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates through various platforms and networks
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efforts effectively
  • Strong external communication and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of campus recruitment trends and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
