Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate records of communication and candidate responses

Ensure all tasks align with organizational policies and procedures
Assist with general administrative duties to support recruitment operations

Handle inbound calls and address candidate concerns promptly
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to supervisors
Requirements:
Proficiency in accounting software systems and CRM platforms
Strong ability to use computer programs for data management and communication
Experience handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Familiarity with clerical duties and administrative processes
Knowledge of billing functions and general office operations
Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
