Robert Half is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our talent solutions team. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develops sourcing strategies, and delivers a seamless candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Develop candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach
Maintain candidate records within an ATS and ensure timely communication
Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers
Provide market insight regarding salary trends and hiring conditions
Requirements:
High school diploma or associate degree
1+ year of recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting for STEM, technical, or professional roles
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
