Job Responsibility:
Manage candidates through the interview process from initial screen to offer
Conduct structured interviews using an attribute-based evaluation framework
Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and hiring decisions
Use AI tools to streamline workflows, communication, and evaluation
Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience
Help refine and improve hiring processes over time
Requirements:
2+ years experience in recruiting, coordination, or related work
Experience or exposure to interviewing or candidate evaluation
Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve workflows
Evidence of self-initiated projects, process improvements, or ownership of work
Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience supporting technical or early-career hiring
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools
Built or improved recruiting processes or workflows
