We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Savannah, Georgia for a logistics and transportation company. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and high-volume recruitment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract individuals with relevant experience for various roles
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized and efficient recruitment workflows
Coordinate high-volume hiring initiatives to meet organizational staffing needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate backgrounds
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress
Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to enhance the hiring experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, such as Dayforce, and other recruitment tools
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes effectively
Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities
