We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position will focus on managing the recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders to identify talent needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting and can effectively handle high-volume hiring demands while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience across a range of positions and hiring volumes
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and provide market feedback
Review applications, conduct initial candidate assessments, and advance top talent through the interview process
Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system
Manage multiple open requisitions at once while ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Build and sustain talent pipelines for current openings and future workforce needs
Monitor recruiting progress and share updates on pipeline health, interview activity, and hiring outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates through multiple channels
Background supporting high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness
Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and candidate activity
Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other internal partners
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Capacity to balance competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced hiring environment
